This is my set up for portfolio show. Angelina Miller helped me set this entire thing up. We spent 3 gruesome hours getting it all together for the showing the next day.

Blurb is awesome!
It's arrived! It's finally arrived!!

Graduation is in 2 weeks and I consider myself luck to have my portfolio book in my hands this early!! I used Blurb and I am happy with my book for the most part. I did notice that the color was waay off on my spread as soon as you open the book which takes up 2 pages. Geez. Then on my Cereal Bowl campaign the company logo is missing on 2 different ads. Man, what's up with that. I don't think I even want to look further..I think the book is good enough for graduation. Hopefully no one will notice the misatkes. Also a lot of my stuff came back kinda pixelated. I have already contacted Blurb to see if they can fix the mistakes and send me a new book BEFORE my graduation/portfolio show. Unfortunately, they do not have a call center so I had to send a email but I already got a response back in the same day letting me know that they are working on my claim. I'm just waiting to see what they have to say at this point. I am not sending back my book until I receive a new one. I can't chance not having a book at all.

Busy As A Beaver
OMG! So I have been missing in action lately. Sorry about that. It took some deep focus to complete my portfolio book in time for my portfolio show. The printer had a deadline that I had to relentlessly work hard on to complete in time. I even took 5 days off from work to finish it all in time! So since last time we've talked, I have my portfolio book complete and business cards complete. Now I just need to get my promotional item designed and ordered, my mini books done, my resume done, and most importantly that website needs to get started! I am starting it this weekend and hope we get a good chunk of it done. This is how my Memorial Day Weekend will go sad to say but it will all be over soon and I can eat all the bbq I want and hang out like crazy. Yes!

The End Result
So this is how the Art Stroll Guerilla Marketing project turned out. Yes, this will be displayed on my table at graduation. We have a portfolio show at the Art Institute of Atlanta from 12-1PM. If you can come, please do! It's only 1 hour so don't be late! :0)
Redoing Art Stroll Display
My Guerrilla Marketing project for the Castleberry Hill Art Stroll was in a glass class at the school I attend, the Art Institute of Atlanta, went missing after the case was cleaned out never to be heard from again. Last weekend, I had to recreate the entire project again for my portfolio show for graduation.

Attendance please

Meet someone who inspires you. I am always looking in the paper and online to see whats going on in Atlanta and who's coming to visit that I can see. I was very excited to see that it's scadstyle at Savannah College of Art and Design and that they would be having 59 influential speakers in 9 days between their Savannah and Atlanta location. Today I met Kelly Cutrone!!!!! The Real Deal—Branding, Marketing and PR Powerwoman spoke at SCAD Atlanta today, in which I was in attendance for, and had a Book Signing afterward. But then Kelly saw the line and made an announcement to meet her at Borders because she was running late on her next lecture so after hearing her at SCAD me and a few friends went out to Borders in Buckhead for a even better lecture than what as at SCAD. And of course, I finally got my copy of "If you have to cry, Go outside" signed!
Fashion publicist Kelly Cutrone is the founder of the public relations, branding and marketing firm People's Revolution with offices in New York, Los Angeles and Paris.
